I have been following my Live Fit Strength Training plan for about two and a half weeks now and I have got to tell you that adding it to my workout routine has really been a huge awakening for me in terms of fitness. Being a vegetarian with a fatty foods intolerance I sometimes find it really hard to make sure I am getting enough protein. While I personally think that it is a common misconception that all vegetarians and vegans don’t get enough protein. I myself know that I do not. I am allergic to dairy which cuts out the cheese/milk area of being able to get protein and I have a really hard time digesting nuts and nut butters which also provide a great deal of protein for vegetarians.
