As soon as the weather starts getting nice I try my absolute best to avoid the gym at all costs. It really isn’t that difficult to avoid when my non-gym options consist of running on the beach, hiking, kayaking, aqua jogging in my pool, etc. I always feel so much better when I get to have an awesome workout that allows both my body and my mind to just break away from technology and society for an hour or two.
