I love Cinco de Mayo! I love Mexican food, Margaritas, and the exciting atmosphere that develops when the two are combined Mexican food is not exactly known for being super healthy but believe it or not it is possible! I think by now everyone has heard of the Paleo Diet, it has been a very popular philosophy of diet and nutrition which I first heard about I have to admit when the whole Royal Wedding was happening last year Basically the Paleo philosophy is to eat good clean foods with ingredients you would find in the cave dweller days.
