Braids once again are all the rage this season and I couldn’t be happier. Ever since I was a little kid I have loved braids! They work on people of all ages from kids to adults. I have been following my Live Fit Strength Training plan for about two and a half weeks now and I have got to tell you that adding it to my workout routine has really been a huge awakening for me in terms of fitness.
