Since I have started my new strength training plan I have been focusing a lot more on  how much protein I am getting and what exactly is in the foods I am eating for nutritional value, specifically good fats, vitamins, protein, and fiber. While this weekend was filled to the brim with fun Saint Patty’s Day celebrations I think the highlight of my weekend had to be passing my yoga teaching practical Friday night. I have been student teaching now for a few weeks and on Friday I had my practical which basically is where one of my teachers from my yoga teacher training comes to my class and decides whether or not I am a good enough teacher to actually run my own classes without the “student” label.
