When I got back from NYC Mike and I decided to go out to dinner in Boston’s North End for a great Italian meal. Out of all the Italian districts in cities across the United States the North End in Boston is by far my favorite in terms of the quality of food and the atmosphere the North End possesses. If you have never made it to the North End in Boston I would highly recommend visiting it the next time you are in the city. We decided to go to La Famiglia Giorgio’s because we […] Continue reading →

This past weekend I hopped on an Amtrak train and made my way down to NYC for the weekend to see some of my best friends who I had gone WAY to long without seeing. I honestly was having way to much fun to really document much of my trip but since I love NYC at Christmas time I thought I would show you guys a few of the things that are going on there right now. Rockefeller Center at Christmas Time Macy’s Light Display SantaCon- When thousands of Santas take over NYC for an annual Bar […] Continue reading →

Birchbox

Has anyone heard of Birchbox? It is probably one of the best things I have ever stumbled upon. Like most girls I love to try out different products whether it be makeup, skin care, or hair care products, but obviously the really nice products are always usually super expensive and I am very hesitant to buy say a new bronzer for $35 without really getting to try it first. This is where Birchbox comes in, Birchbox is a monthly deliveries of high-end beauty samples from the newest and best […] Continue reading →

Christmas time is absolutely my most favorite time of the year. All of my love for baking, cooking, arts and craft, buying people presents gets combined into one month of total fun! I hate how people get so stressed out around the holidays because I honestly really feel like it should be/is just one big party. Whenever I start feeling a little overwhelmed around the holidays I just put on some oldies Christmas music and there is no way that my sour, stressed out mood can last for long. Fashion Fridays

We’re half way through our Friday work day and almost to the weekend! I don’t know if you guys have any fun parties or plans for the weekend…my plans are pretty much going to consist of living, breathing, and eating on my yoga mat. But if anyone is looking for some fashion inspiration outside of a Lululemon wardrobe here is what I am loving right now. […] Continue reading →

Balancing work and working out is absolutely difficult but something that most people have to find a way of balancing if they want to live a healthy and happy life. Between long commutes, traffic, work deadlines, and pure end of the day exhaustion it can be pretty hard to find the motivation to get a workout in during the work week, but luckily for the most part we are all in the same boat so think of all the support out there to help keep us all on track! Just recently did I finally cut […] Continue reading →

Talk about a difficult class! Last night we did 3 straight hours of standing balance and twisting poses!! I am not joking when I say that I was either in a lunge or chair pose for 3 hours straight! My quads sure are killing me this morning. This class was taught by a great teacher which so far we have had once before. She has had very extensive yoga training and has trained with some of the most well-known yoga professionals such as Siva Rae. You can always depend on being pushed to your […] Continue reading →
