The first marathon I ran was the New Jersey marathon and I honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about this race. The race began in Long Beach, New Jersey and was one long loop which was great! Some races they make you repeat the loop twice or run an out and back course but in New Jersey they had the racers repeating very minimal parts of the course which kept the race exciting.
